A prepayment of a 15% non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking by the hotel. Inns of Argentina will take a 15% non-refundable deposit upon confirming your reservation. The remaining 70% total amount must be paid 30 days prior to the passenger’s arrival to the lodge. In those cases where the reservation is made 30 days or less, prior to arrival, the reservation must be paid in full. During the ski season and during the International Classical Music Festival, the only way to guarantee your reservation is by full payment at the time of booking. There is a MINIMUM stay of 5 nights and a requirement of full payment at the time of booking for reservations over Christmas and New Years. This is the first luxury 5 star Lodge offering private Spa facilities in each cabin, with spectacular panoramic views of the landscape at the Edge of the Earth. It is a new concept blending premium service, comfortable and private lodge accommodation, and great activities in the area - skiing, golfing, trekking, riding 4x4 vehicles, flying, sailing, fishing or horse riding. Private Chef service and 24-hour personalized attention is available. 150 meters above sea level, you will enjoy seeing the panorama of the city of Ushuaia, the Beagle Channel and its estuary to the ocean, the Andes range on the Chilean side, the Bridges, Hoste and Navarino islands, as well as the Martial mountain range are a living postcard of the Edge of the Earth. Set on the East face of the Monte Susana, the site covers 17 privately-owned hectares (10 of which are untouched woodland), It is located 5 km from the airport and 7 km from downtown Ushuaia and only 3 km from the National Park. Trekking and horse riding is available without leaving the premises. The lodge provides 2 spacious 125 m2 rooms for the enjoyment of two people, and a 3rd one of 149m2 for Kids & Family. Decorated in rugged-country style with hand laid wood and stone decor. Each lodge includes the following features: Living-room, kitchen, dining-room, spa, toilette, ensuite double jacuzzi, ensuite bathroom and a generous luggage and ski store-room. The 149m2, with the same features and an extra bedroom with 2 twins, ensuite bathroom & Jacuzzi. Tv, Dvd & Play Station. (No smoking allowed in the lodges). The wellness area within each lodge is unique, with a private Spa on the ground floor for you to enjoy in intimacy, including a two-bed Finnish Sauna, an 8-jet Scottish Shower and Finnish Shower (Wet steam bath). The double size Jacuzzi (1.90 x 1.55m) is located in the upper floor and enjoys full view of the city and the Beagle Channel. 51 m2 of glass walls take in the beauty of the surroundings on every room. Also included in the rooms are wi-fi, flat screen television, dvd player, home theatre, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, espresso make, microwave, two fireplaces. Services Include: Transfer to and from the Airport and ski centres, daily linen change and maid service, cradle; Type 3 Medical Insurance, dry firewood and cell phone throughout your stay. Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of deposit will be available as credit for future visits.
For cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to the arrival, only 50% of the total amount will be made available as credit for future visits. For cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival there shall be no credit made available for future visits.
If you reserve within 3 days of your requested arrival date, and cancel or fail to arrive, your credit card will be charged for one night.
Inns en Route will take a 15% non refundable deposit at the time of confirming your reservation and this will be credited to your final bill.
