We recommend a 2 night minumum stay as the Hotel is around 3 hours drive from Cordoba's airport.
Inns of Argentina will take a 15% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirming your reservation. During winter season, the minimum stay is of 2 nights. La Constancia is a unique place located in Quebrada del Tigre in the Traslasierra valley near the village of San Javier (195 km. from Cordoba). The property consists of 1200 hectares of woods, streams, waterfalls and small pools perfect for bathing. The fauna includes pumas, foxes, hares and condors. The hilly terrain is perfect for trekking and horseriding (activities on the property are included in the cost of your stay). The house was once a manor house (in 1895) and has a small chapel. It is now a delightful inn with nine double bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), two living rooms and dining room. At this inn, full board is included in your stay and Luis, the chef, creates both international and regional cuisine with great flair. The owners, Luis and Alicia, are delightful hosts and will make your stay most enjoyable. Because of the hilly terrain and numerous pools on the property, this is an unsuitable venue for children.

Notes Horseback riding Los Chorros (6 hours - difficulty III/III or Puesto Viejo 2 hours - difficulty I/III) Trekking: 6 hours, 1 hour (or guided trekking can be organized for you). Access: there are three buses from Buenos Aires. By car: Route 8 to Rio Cuarto, then route 1 to Achiras and Merlo (Province of San Luis) 50 km. from San Javier. By air: to the cities of Cordoba, San Luis or to Merlo in province of San Luis.

Inns of Argentina will take a 15% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirming your reservation. Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to date of stay, no hotel penalty. Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to date of stay, one night per room booked will be charged. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to date of stay, full amount will be charged. Inns en Route will take a non-refundable deposit of 15% upon confirming a reservation.
