Territorio is located in Punta Cuevas, a historical site in Puerto Madryn, in the province of Chubut and close to the Peninsula Valdés. In view of its strategic location, the city of Puerto Madryn is the most appropriate destination to visit and experience the main attractions of Atlantic Patagonia. From there, one can explore the coastal region or the mountains. One can walk to the centre of the city or the Ecocenter, passing by Punta Cuevas, where early Welsh settlers came. Territorio Puerto Madryn is a boutique hotel with thirty six rooms. There are suites, junior suites, double superior rooms, triple rooms and double standard rooms. Each room has a wonderful seaview. The rooms have full bathrooms, a dressing room, minibar, TV, telephone (DDI/DDN), safety box, energy control system, card-key door locks and King-Size beds (in the double rooms). There is a modern gym and spa complete with jacuzzi, Scottish shower, massages and treatments. The Territorio offers fantastic opportunties to see the diverse nature of Península Valdés. The restaurant offers a menu specially designed with regional ingredients and international cuisine, with an emphasis on seafood and the lamb of the Patagonia plateau, the restaurant uses regional products and exceptional wines. Territorio offers a complete programme in which hospitality, cuisine and outdoor recreation are all offered exclusively to guests. Every season of the year features a different Territorio experience. They include excursions to the major reserves, museums and institutes, including Ecocentro, a cultural institution with ocean-related activities that provides us with advice on everything related to nature. The programs include transfer from and to the airport, breakfast, lunch and dinner (alcoholic beverages not included), excursions in small groups with our own guides and vehicle, entrance fees to natural reserves, museums and Ecocentro, access to the spa and to the business centre.

Inns of Argentina will take a 15% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirming your reservation. If cancelled more than 4 days prior to reservation, no hotel charge. If cancelled less than 4 days prior to reservation 50% of the total reservation will be charged by the hotel. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to reservation date or no-show, one night will be charged by the hotel. A 15% non-refundable deposit will be taken upon reserving by Inns en Route.
