Very warm and helpful hosts who were happy to communicate by email even before we got there and helped us plan our days perfectly, providing us with a driver as well.
Good accommodation where four of us (two couples) could share an independent cottage.
The freshly made beds each day were pure luxury and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Didn't Like:
The lounge, though large, was really a day bed, so for the configuration of two couples, it left two people with only dining chairs to relax in, and even the lounge could have used some back support for comfort.
At that level of hotel, I thought there might have been little shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom, since we travelled light, but it wasn't really an issue, and fresh arrangements from the garden and home-made jams more than compensated. We were glad to be given a tea towel when we asked (they did not hesitate to accommodate our needs and were always most gracious), because paper towels are not quite the same when you're washing up in the kitchen. Also, because of a lot of rain and mud, an old towel near the door would have been a good idea to keep the floors clean. But then, rain is so rare, and we used those paper towels instead - quite a lot!”

The owners are the nicest and most accomodating people ever. They open up their home so it feels like your home. The grounds and accomodations are even more beautiful/quaint in real life than on their website.

The weather was a bit off, but that has nothing to do with our accomodations. Everything was really great.”

“The stay was absolutely wonderful, we could not have asked for any more gracious hosts or a more perfect setting. I will count it as one of our most memorable vacations. I can not say enough about the hospitality, service, setting and just the warmth of the hosts. ”

“Lovely setting, comfortable lodges, and warm gracious hosts made this feel like our home away from home. Great location for access to wineries, Mendoza, or a drive to the mountains.”

“This place exceeded our expectations and is an excellent place to stay. The couple who run this hotel go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and are extremely helpful. The lodges themselves are beautiful, tranquil and relaxing set in beautifully kept gardens with a lovely swimming pool.”

A bit of a scary walk to town at night. Not a lot of lights and A LOT of dogs. It seemed dangerous.”

The garden was wonderful
The owners were really helpful
The cottage was architecturally interesting
It was a great location BUT you definitely need a car. You should tell clients that it is advisable to rent a car from the airport to get to the Casa and to explore the area effectively
Didn't Like:
1. There needs to be a proper kitchen so that you can prepare meals in the cottage. There was no cooker and not enough cutlery/utensils/crockery etc.
2. The swimming pool is lovely but needs a good clean”

“Clients found landscaping not at par with
photos. Found people very helpful.
Mentionned that at those rates, bottled water and kleenex tissues should be provided
in the room. Had over all a pleasant stay but will stay at Cava on their next winery tour instead.”
