Estancia Santa Rita, is located in the Partido de Lobos, 120 km from the city of Buenos Aires. The property has a main house, a chapel and adjacent buildings all set in an impressive park. The house has an intimate and cosy feeling, with fireplaces and reading corners throughout. The ensuite guest bedrooms are spacious and special, many with fireplace or baladquino beds and, of course, fantastic views. The setting is a 40-hectare wood, planted 150 years ago, with avenues of eucalyptus, casuarinas and ombú trees giving a luxuriant frame to the main house. The cañada offers the possibility of unforgettable horse-back riding, and this is a great place for birdwatching. The swimming pool also offers a relaxing distraction. Isabel is in charge of Santa Rita's cuisine, which includes Argentine traditional dishes and the most exquisite homemade recipes. The history of the estancia goes back to the times of the Virreinato. The estancia originally covered 16.000 hectares in frontier land. The main house was built in 1790 by the Ezcurra family, then owners of the estancia, and extended in stages until approximately 1840. In 1890, the estancia was acquired by the provincial senator Antonio Carboni, founder of the small village of the same name located 2 km from the estancia.

Check In/Out Time: between 9 am and 9 pm. There is a golf court 10 km and a lake 20 km away from the Estancia. If you prefer not to drive, you can get to the Estancia by train: Estación Constitución Departures 18:55 pm every day arrival at Estación Apeadero: 21:10 pm
