Five Cool Rooms is a cozy small boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. Originally a boardinghouse, it was converted into a 17 room hotel with a minimalist, zen-like atmosphere. There is a roof terrace with a deck where you can enjoy relaxing or using the hot tub. All the rooms are decorated with modern furniture and have large framed windows and top-notch beds and linens. The 17 rooms are divided into four categories depending size. There are 11 small rooms available with either king bed or twin beds. Each of the 3 medium rooms have a balcony to the street, two of them are adjoining rooms. The large rooms have a small foyer with a sofa and refrigerator and one of these two rooms has a Jacuzzi. The Extra large Suite has a private terrace and a living-room. All the rooms have cable tv, air conditioning / heating, safe and internet access. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but the hotel is very wll located with many good restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Five Apartments is another option available to people seeking apartment accomodation. These modern loft apartments strategically located in Palermo Soho (two blocks from Five Cool Rooms) have three rooms with fireplace, wood floors, private huge terrace with its own deck, elevator, private garage, swimming pool and solarium. Internet access, telephone, cable tv and maid service (optional).

You must notify the hotel 72 hours before the arrival date, otherwise one room night will be charged to your credit card as no show. If you have a reservation between 5 and 9 nights in total (one or more rooms) a 50% deposit of the total amount will be charged to your credit card 30 days before the arrival date. This deposit is not refundable.
To guarantee reservations for 10 or more nights in total (one or more rooms) 50% deposit of the total amount will be charged to your credit card once you make the reservation and the other 50% will be charged to your credit card 30 days before the arrival date. Both deposits are not refundable.
