Quebrada de Humahuaca is a large mountainous valley that runs North-South and is in the N.W. area of Argentina. The territory was declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 2003. 42 km. to Humahuaca and 22 km. to Purmamarca. Tilcara village itself is an extraordinary location.

Cancellation Policy: Inns of Argentina will take a 15% non-refundable deposit upon confirming your reservation. If cancelled at least ten days prior to reservation date, no hotel penalty will be taken. If cancelled between nine and one day prior to reservation one night will be charged by the hotel. If cancelled 24 hours before reservation, or no show, full amount of stay will be taken by hotel.

This simple, friendly inn in Tilcara (Jujuy province) has just six comfortable rooms in small cottages that are built from local materials (adobes and cane). The rooms are decorated in rustic but pleasant style and have full bathrooms. There is a lovely sitting room with big fireplace, an outdoor swimming pool and garage. The restaurant serves regional cuisine. Breakfast, parking and taxes are included in the room price. The inn is in the village of Tilcara and is the perfect base to really get to know the village and the surrounding areas. Guests may enjoy Llama rides from the hotel. The hotel has good views of Tilcara's mountains and the owners are gracious and helpful (they will happily help you plan your excursions in this fascinating area). From the Jujuy airport, Tilcara is 117 km. This hotel is in the heart of Tilcara - MSN shows Tilcara in the wrong place.
