Where |
The Iguazu Falls are located near the frontier city of Puerto Iguazu in the province of Misiones. The waterfalls are physically located at the border between Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. The falls are shared by the Iguazú National Park (Argentina) and Iguaçu National Park (Brazil). These parks have been designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites. |
|
When |
The summer (January to March) is the best time to visit the Iguazu Waterfalls, with the rainy season ensuring plenty of water for the falls. During the rest of the year the flow, although reduced, remains spectacular. |
|
Why |
The Iguazu Waterfall is considered one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world. This natural wonder consists of about 270 falls along 2.7 kilometers of the Iguazu River. Although Iguazu is best known for their waterfalls, the surrounding jungle is also well worth including in any trip to this fascinating region. |

Accommodation |
Iguazú Falls attracts people in their thousands from all around the world. Our hotels in Puerto Iguazu are larger than others in the rest of the country, as there are no boutique hotels in town. The hotels are situated in the heart of the city as well as beside the road that leads to the Iguazú Waterfalls. |
