Where |
Undoubtedly one of the most attractive regions in the country for its varied landscapes, the Northwest of Argentina offers multicolored hills, endless views, the sleepy villages of the CalchaquĆes Valleys and the verdant subtropical forests. This region is the indigenous Argentina, it represents the contact with the ancestral cultures of the Andes and it resembles its neighboring Bolivia in terms of geography and culture. |
|
When |
The NOA region can be visited all year long, although the summer rains (that are generally storms), at the end of December and March, may cut off access to some roads. Winters are dry, with cold nights and mornings, and warm at noon. |
|
Why |
Because of the variety of landscapes that will astonish you with the amazing views around each bend in the road and over each hill. Here, you can still perceive the soul of the indigenous cultures mixed with Spanish influences. Because of the diaphanous skies that surround you and because of the Puna, the infinite and unknown territory of solitude and wind. |

Accommodation |
Our hotels are located in the main tourist routes of the NOA. From all of them, you will be able to easily travel to the different attractions of each area. We definitely recommend renting a vehicle to see the area. Many of our city hotels have no garage of their own, but have agreements with private garages nearby. Parking in the hotels outside the main cities is not a problem. |
