Sadly the original lodge burned down and all that was left was the stone foundation at the top of a cliff overlooking Anchorena Bay. The new Isa Victoria Lodge was designed in the same architectural style as the original, but is now a wood and steel structure, more modern and spacious. Facing the afternoon sun, the bay, the lake and the Andean peaks, the lodge's terrace offers the most amazing views in all Patagonia. The lodge is surrounded by pristine wilderness. Inside the lodge, with its twenty two luxurious ensuite rooms each with jacuzzi bath, there are many intimate corners where you may enjoy the best Argentinian wines. There are three living rooms, a cozy bar with fireplace, a spa-solarium, swimming pool, and a great wine cellar with some of the best wines the area has to offer. A warm library offers a relaxing environment and the restaurant looks out to a superb view while serving delightful Patagonian-Mediterranean cuisine. The price includes transfer in and out from Bariloche Airport and transfer by motorboat from Hotel Tunquelen to Isla Victoria. Accommodation price also incudes breakfast and afternoon tea. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant includes wine, beer and soft drinks during meals. Local guides are available for exploring the wonderful flora and fauna on the island.
