A small luxury hotel near the glaciers of Patagonia. This brand-new boutique hotel has eighteen guestrooms distributed in three independent and separate buildings, providing tranquillity, comfort and privacy. The location is very special, on four hectares full of willowtrees, by the side of Calafate Stream and facing Redonda Bay of the Argentino Lake. Los Sauces’ style recreates the typical settlements of the Patagonian farms from the beginning of the last century, with a pleasing mix of European style and Patagonian elements. The style is simple but full of character, enhanced by an important collection of works by contemporary Argentine artists. Each building has six ensuite guestrooms all uniquely decorated. There is a fourth Patagonian house, besides La Comarca restaurant, with a huge living room, library, mini business centre with computers for guest use. The spa is an octagonal building with big skylights where all sorts of therapeutic and beauty treatements are offered. The staff are professional, helpful and bilingual and provide high quality service 24 hours a day. Los Sauces includes access to a VIP suite at the International Airport in El Calafate, both at arrival and departure. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the cost of your room. Start the day with a Patagonian breakfast, or take a gourmet picnic with you while you explore. La Comarca restaurant, under the guidance of Ramiro Rodríguez Pardo, has a menu of traditional recipes of deepest Patagonia, with the flavors that make up his own gastronomic background.
