Estancia El Colibri

Located in Cordoba, this gorgeous estancia is on 170 hectares of Argentinian campo – some of it wild, some tamed parkland, and some a lovely garden. There are six junior suites and three special suites at El Colibri, all uniquely decorated with the best, hand-made or antique furniture and wonderful white linens and each with its own fireplace. The suite El Colibri has a large living room, a bedroom, dressing room and private terraces with a spacious bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi. The junior suites have private terrace – all the rooms have wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The restaurant at El Colibri is open to the summer living room, and the menu includes the best of regional foods and wines. The bar has wonderful views on to the countryside or to the patio. The fully-equipped spa provides an opportunity to luxuriate after a days hiking, polo, or exploring – or perhaps enjoy the year-round heated swimming pool. Facing the Polo field, the Club House is the ideal place for an “asado” or a drink after a good polo game. On the polo field you will be able to enjoy “the king of sports” with Argentinean ponies and players, known to the best in the world. There are various activities offered at the estancia: cooking classes, adventure circuit, tour of the Jesuit churches, birdwatching, polo or horseback excursions, mountain biking and many other pursuits.
